py999 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending satisfactory completion of verification.
py999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). py999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

py999 does not extend credit. All bets and casino play must be funded from your real money balance. py999 has no obligation to accept any deposit and may refuse or reverse deposits at its discretion where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.
Withdrawals from py999 are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. py999 will process approved withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to payment provider limits. py999 reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches where the requested amount exceeds single-transaction provider limits.

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable only after all applicable wagering requirements have been met and the bonus is declared complete. See Section 9 for full bonus terms.
Upon voluntary account closure, py999 will process withdrawal of any eligible real money balance within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and review for any terms violations.
py999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already determined, where there is suspicion of manipulation, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
Cricket betting markets on py999, including PSL markets, are subject to py999's cricket-specific rules available in the sports betting section. In the event of match abandonment, reduced overs, or rescheduling, settlement will follow the rules displayed for each specific market at the time of bet placement.
In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. py999 accepts no liability for bets not successfully recorded due to connection failure on the user's end. The official py999 server timestamp is the determinative record for bet placement time.
py999 will settle bets based on official results as published by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute between sources, py999's decision on the applicable result is final.
All casino games on py999, including live dealer tables and RNG slots, operate according to published rules accessible within each individual game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures for all games are displayed in the game information panel.
